Day 45 of 365
New Creation Identity
Galatians 2:20
Galatians 2:20
“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
Insight
Your old self died with Christ on the cross. That person - defined by shame, failure, and sin - no longer exists. You're now a new creation with a new identity: loved, chosen, holy, righteous. The Christian life isn't about trying harder to be good; it's about allowing Christ to live through you. You're not who you were. You're who He says you are.
Reflection
What old identity label are you still carrying that Christ has already removed? How would your life change if you truly believed your new identity?
