Day 45 of 365
Prayer for Identity in Christ
2 Corinthians 5:17
2 Corinthians 5:17
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”
Prayer
Father, help me see myself the way You see me. Not defined by mistakes, failures, or others' opinions, but by Your love and Christ's righteousness. I am a new creation. The old is gone, the new has come. I am forgiven, loved, chosen, adopted, redeemed, justified, sanctified. This is my true identity. When shame whispers lies, remind me of truth. When I'm tempted to live from my old identity, empower me to live from my new one. In Jesus' name, Amen.
