Day 180 of 365
Spiritual Refreshment
Psalm 23:2-3
Psalm 23:2-3
“He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name's sake.”
Insight
God makes you lie down. Sometimes rest isn't optional—it's necessary. He leads you to quiet waters and green pastures because He knows you need refreshment. Your soul gets weary. Ministry drains you. Life exhausts you. God's answer isn't 'try harder'—it's 'come rest.' He refreshes your soul. This isn't laziness; it's wisdom. You can't run empty. Let the Good Shepherd lead you to rest. He'll refresh you and guide you on the right path from a place of wholeness.
Reflection
Is your soul weary? When will you intentionally rest and let God refresh you instead of pushing through exhausted?
