Day 189 of 365
Fixing Your Eyes on Jesus
Hebrews 12:2
Hebrews 12:2
“Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
Reflection
Where you look determines where you go. If you focus on problems, you'll be overwhelmed. If you focus on other people, you'll be disappointed. If you focus on yourself, you'll be discouraged. But if you fix your eyes on Jesus, you'll find strength. He endured the cross for the joy set before Him. He scorned shame. He finished. Keep your eyes on Jesus. When the race gets hard, look at Him. He's your example, your strength, your goal. Fix your eyes on Jesus.
