Day 188 of 365

The Ministry of Reconciliation

2 Corinthians 5:18-19

2 Corinthians 5:18-19

“All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people's sins against them.”

Reflection

God reconciled you to Himself and gave you a ministry - reconciliation. You're called to be a bridge-builder, a peacemaker, a reconciler. This means helping people reconcile with God and with each other. It means being the first to apologize, quick to forgive, eager to mend broken relationships. You've been reconciled; now help others find that same reconciliation. Your ministry isn't preaching from a pulpit; it's reconciling broken relationships. Where can you bring reconciliation today?
