“There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; for anyone who enters God's rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his.”
Insight
Sabbath rest isn't just physical rest; it's spiritual rest. It's ceasing from striving, performing, and trying to earn God's approval. You rest in His finished work. Jesus said, 'It is finished.' You can stop trying to prove yourself and rest in His grace. Physically, take a Sabbath - one day to unplug and recharge. Spiritually, rest in the finished work of Christ. You're already approved, already loved, already accepted.

Are you resting in Christ's finished work, or are you still trying to earn God's approval through performance? What would it look like to truly rest?
