Day 165 of 365
Strategic Spiritual Warfare
Ephesians 6:12
Ephesians 6:12
“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”
Insight
Your real enemy isn't the person who hurt you or the circumstance frustrating you—it's spiritual forces of evil. When you forget this, you waste energy fighting the wrong battle. That difficult person? They're not the enemy; they're either a fellow victim or a tool Satan is using. Your fight is spiritual, which means your weapons must be spiritual: prayer, Scripture, worship, faith. Fight the real enemy with the right weapons.
Reflection
What battle are you fighting against flesh and blood that's actually a spiritual battle? How should this change your strategy?
