Your heart is the command center of your life. What you allow into it - through media, relationships, thoughts, and experiences - shapes who you become. David understood this and asked God to help him guard not just his words but also the meditations of his heart. Protecting your heart isn't about building walls; it's about installing filters that keep toxic influences out and godly truth in.
