Day 114 of 365
God Owns It All
Psalm 24:1
Psalm 24:1
“The earth is the Lord's, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.”
Insight
You don't own anything - you manage what God owns. Your house, car, money, talents, time - all His. This truth should radically change how you live. If it's all God's, you hold it loosely. You steward it wisely. You give generously. Anxiety about losing what 'yours' decreases when you realize it was never yours. You're a manager, not an owner. Manage faithfully what God has entrusted to you.
Reflection
What are you holding onto tightly as 'yours'? How would releasing ownership to God change how you steward it?
