Day 114 of 365
Trusting in God's Provision
Matthew 6:31-33
Matthew 6:31-33
“So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
Reflection
Worry about provision is universal - money, food, clothing, housing. But Jesus says don't worry about these things. Why? Because your Heavenly Father knows what you need and promises to provide when you seek Him first. This doesn't mean irresponsibility; it means trust. Work hard, budget wisely, but don't stress anxiously. Seek God's kingdom first. Trust His provision. He's never failed you before, and He won't start now.
