Day 283 of 365
Prayer for the Fear of the Lord
Proverbs 9:10
Proverbs 9:10
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.”
Prayer
Father, wisdom begins with fearing You. Not terror, but reverence. Awe. Respect. Help me take You seriously. Honor Your Word. Obey Your commands. Respect Your authority. Without the fear of the Lord, I lack wisdom's foundation. Help me fear You rightly so I can walk in wisdom. In Jesus' name, Amen.
