“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”
Prayer
Holy Spirit, produce in me the fruit of self-control. I struggle with habits, appetites, and impulses that don't honor You. Whether it's what I eat, watch, say, or think, I need Your help to discipline myself. Give me strength to say no to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives. Help me bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. In Jesus' name, Amen.
