Prayer
Lord, make me a better listener. Help me be quick to listen and slow to speak. Teach me to truly hear others, not just wait for my turn to talk. Give me patience not to interrupt, humility to learn, and love to care about their experience. Let my listening be ministry, showing people they matter and are heard. In Jesus' name, Amen.
