Prayer for Healthy Boundaries

Prayer

Heavenly Father, teach me to set healthy boundaries. Give me courage to say no without guilt, to protect my time and energy for what matters most. Help me understand that boundaries aren't walls; they're fences that keep good in and harmful out. Show me where I need boundaries with toxic people, excessive commitments, or draining activities. Grant me wisdom to know what to protect and courage to enforce boundaries without apology. In Jesus' name, Amen.
