Day 73 of 365
When God Redirects Your Plans
Proverbs 16:9
Proverbs 16:9
“In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.”
Reflection
You had a plan. It made sense. You prayed about it, maybe even felt peace. But then God redirected. The job fell through. The relationship ended. The door closed. Now you're confused. Was I wrong? Did I miss God? Not necessarily. Sometimes God allows you to plan so He can redirect. Sometimes the plan was right for a season but not for now. Sometimes He's protecting you from something you can't see. God's redirections aren't rejections; they're course corrections. Trust that He knows what He's doing. If God is redirecting, don't fight it. Don't force doors. Don't cling to old plans. Release control. Stay flexible. Watch for His new direction. Today, if God is redirecting your plans, surrender. Ask Him: 'What now?' Trust His steps even when they don't match yours.
