Reflection
Your thought life shapes your whole life. Toxic thoughts produce toxic lives. God-centered thoughts produce godly living. You can't stop thoughts from coming, but you can choose which ones you entertain. When negative thoughts arise, take them captive. Replace lies with truth. 'I'm worthless' becomes 'I'm loved by God.' 'I'll never change' becomes 'I'm being transformed.' 'This is hopeless' becomes 'God is working.' Guard what you consume - media, conversations, content - because inputs become thoughts. Fill your mind with truth: Scripture, worship, encouraging content, life-giving conversations. Your mind is a battlefield. Win the war by controlling what you think about. Today, notice your thought patterns. When negativity hits, counter it with Philippians 4:8. Think on what's true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable.
