Day 252 of 365
Treasure in Jars of Clay
2 Corinthians 4:7
2 Corinthians 4:7
“But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.”
Reflection
You're a jar of clay - fragile, ordinary, breakable. But you contain treasure - the gospel, the Spirit, the presence of God. God chose weak vessels on purpose so His power would be obvious. When God works through you, no one can credit your talent or strength. It's clearly Him. Don't despise your weakness. It showcases God's power. You're just the clay. He's the treasure. And that's exactly how it should be.
