Peace isn't always possible - some people will reject it. But as far as it depends on you, pursue peace. Don't create unnecessary conflict. Don't hold grudges. Don't seek revenge. Forgive quickly. Communicate honestly. Choose reconciliation over retaliation. You can't control how others respond, but you can control your actions. Do everything in your power to live at peace. When relationships fracture, evaluate your part. Make peace as far as it depends on you.
