“This is the covenant I will establish with the people of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.”
Insight
God's law isn't external rules—it's internal reality. He writes His laws on your heart through the new covenant. This means obedience flows from internal transformation, not external pressure. You don't obey to become His; you obey because you are His. His laws are in your mind and on your heart. This is grace. This is the new covenant. Obedience becomes natural when God writes His law within you.
