Day 259 of 365
Prayer for Running the Race
Hebrews 12:1
Hebrews 12:1
“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.”
Prayer
Father, I'm running a race. Witnesses surround me. Help me throw off every weight and sin that slows me down. Help me identify what hinders my progress and eliminate it. Lay aside the sin that entangles. Help me run with perseverance. This race isn't a sprint; it's a marathon. Help me keep running. In Jesus' name, Amen.
