“You were taught to put off your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.”
Prayer
Father, help me put off my old self - old patterns, old habits, old ways of thinking. But don't let me stop there. Help me put on the new self - new attitudes, new behaviors, new mindsets. Transform me from the inside out. Make me new in You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
