Day 71 of 365
Prayer for Fasting Grace
Matthew 6:16-18
Matthew 6:16-18
“When you fast, do not look somber as the hypocrites do... But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your Father.”
Prayer
Lord, I commit to fasting from [food/media/distractions] to seek You more intentionally. Give me discipline to follow through and spiritual sensitivity to hear Your voice more clearly. Use this fast to break strongholds, intensify my prayers, and deepen my hunger for You. When physical hunger hits, remind me to feed on Your Word. Let this fast position my heart for breakthrough. In Jesus' name, Amen.
