Day 145 of 365
Prayer for Eternal Focus
2 Corinthians 4:17-18
2 Corinthians 4:17-18
“For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”
Prayer
Lord, my troubles feel overwhelming, but they're light and momentary compared to eternal glory. Help me fix my eyes on what's unseen - eternal realities, not temporary circumstances. Give me perspective that what I'm going through is producing glory that far outweighs it all. Keep my eyes on eternity. In Jesus' name, Amen.
