Day 263 of 365
Prayer for Being Salt and Light
Matthew 5:13-14
Matthew 5:13-14
“You are the salt of the earth... You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.”
Prayer
Father, I'm salt and light in the world. Salt preserves and flavors. Light exposes and guides. Help my presence make a difference. Don't let me blend in. Help me stand out. Be distinctly different. Preserve godliness in a decaying culture. Illuminate truth in a dark world. I'm salt. I'm light. Help me live like it. In Jesus' name, Amen.
