Day 280 of 365
The Authority of Believers
Luke 10:19
Luke 10:19
“I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.”
Reflection
You have authority over the enemy. Jesus gave it to you. Snakes and scorpions represent demonic powers. You have authority to trample them—to defeat them, overcome them, render them powerless. But authority unused is authority wasted. Exercise your authority. Resist the devil. Command him to flee. Stand on God's promises. Pray with confidence. You're not a victim. You're a victor with heaven-backed authority.
