Jesus faced every temptation you face - and didn't sin. He understands your struggle. He knows the pull of temptation. And because He overcame, He can help you overcome. When temptation hits, run to Jesus, not from Him. He's not disgusted by your struggle. He's ready to help. Call on Him. Quote Scripture like He did. Remove yourself from the temptation. Jesus helps those who are being tempted. Let Him help you.
