Reflection
Your cares are crushing you. Financial pressure. Relational conflict. Health concerns. Work stress. God says cast them on Him. Not carry them yourself. Not manage them alone. Cast them - throw them onto God. He will sustain you. He won't let you be shaken. This doesn't mean problems disappear, but it means you don't carry them alone. God bears the weight.
