Cast - throw, hurl, launch - all your anxiety on God. Why? Because He cares for you. Every worry, fear, and concern that weighs you down, God invites you to throw it on Him. He's strong enough to handle it. He cares deeply enough to carry it. Don't hold onto anxiety like a burden you're meant to bear alone. Release it to God. He's not indifferent to your struggles. He cares. Let that truth move anxiety from your shoulders to His.
