Day 143 of 365

Building on the Rock

Matthew 7:24-25

Matthew 7:24-25

“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.”

Reflection

Storms will come - not if, but when. The difference between collapse and survival is your foundation. Building on the rock means hearing God's Word and doing it. Not just knowing Scripture but obeying it. Not just attending church but applying truth. When storms hit, a rock-solid foundation holds. Build your life on Jesus and His Word. When the storm comes - and it will - you'll stand firm.
