“The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eyes are unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness.”
Insight
Your eyes are gateways to your soul. What you look at determines what fills you. Feast your eyes on God's Word, beauty, truth, and goodness - you'll be full of light. But feast on pornography, violence, gossip, and darkness - you'll be full of darkness. You become what you behold. Guard your eyes carefully. What you allow yourself to see shapes who you become.
