“Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe.”
Insight
Everything in this world is shakeable—governments, economies, relationships, health. But you're receiving an unshakeable kingdom. This world is temporary. God's kingdom is eternal. When everything around you is falling apart, your kingdom remains. This produces gratitude and worship. You don't worship God because life is perfect—you worship Him because His kingdom is permanent. Let the shakeable things remind you to hold tightly to the unshakeable. Worship Him with reverence and awe.
