Insight
Integrity isn't just right—it's practical. It guides you, providing internal direction when external pressure tempts you to compromise. People with integrity don't need to remember what they said because they told the truth. They sleep well because they have nothing to hide. Duplicity, meanwhile, is exhausting and ultimately destructive. Living two-faced, saying one thing and doing another, maintaining different personas—it destroys you from the inside out. Choose integrity. It's both righteous and wise.
