“Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.”
Insight
The 'firstfruits' principle means giving God the first and best portion of our income, not the leftovers. This practice demonstrates that we trust God as our provider. The promise of overflow isn't about getting rich, but about experiencing God's supernatural provision when we put Him first financially.
Reflection
Do you give God your 'firstfruits' or your leftovers? What might change in your heart and finances if you honored God first before paying bills or spending on yourself?
