Day 248 of 365

The Blessing of Giving

Acts 20:35

Acts 20:35

“In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'”

Reflection

Giving is more blessed than receiving. This contradicts the world's logic, which says accumulation equals blessing. Jesus says generosity equals blessing. When you give - time, money, resources, love - you experience a blessing that receiving can't match. Giving reflects God's character. He's the ultimate giver. When you give, you become more like Him. Help the weak. Give generously. Experience the greater blessing.
