Day 12 of 365

Servant Leadership

Mark 10:43-45

Mark 10:43-45

“Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

Reflection

The world's leadership model says: climb over others to reach the top. Jesus' model says: lift others up as you rise. Great leaders serve their teams, not the other way around. When you lead like Jesus - prioritizing people over profits, serving rather than demanding, empowering rather than controlling - you create a culture that attracts talent and honors God. Your authority is validated by your willingness to serve. Who in your business needs your servant leadership today?
