Day 203 of 365

Practicing Patience

Proverbs 14:29

Proverbs 14:29

“Whoever is patient has great understanding, but one who is quick-tempered displays folly.”

Reflection

Patience demonstrates wisdom; impatience reveals folly. Quick temper solves nothing and damages much. Patience gives you time to think, pray, and respond wisely instead of reacting foolishly. It's easier to be patient when you trust God's timing and control. When you're frustrated with people's pace, impatient with God's timing, or annoyed by delays, remember: patience is a sign of maturity. Today, practice patience. Extend grace to slow drivers, difficult people, and God's timing. Patience is wisdom.
