Day 80 of 365
Living Generously
Acts 20:35
Acts 20:35
“It is more blessed to give than to receive.”
Reflection
Generosity isn't about how much you have; it's about how much you hold loosely. The widow gave two coins and Jesus praised her. Her amount was small, but her heart was huge. Generosity flows from trust: trusting God to provide, to replenish, to bless. When you give generously - money, time, kindness, grace - you're declaring 'I trust God's provision more than my accumulation.' Generosity breaks greed's grip. It shifts focus from getting to giving, from hoarding to blessing. And here's the secret: you can't outgive God. The more you give, the more He provides. Not always financially, but in peace, joy, relationships, opportunities. Generosity opens heaven's windows. Today, practice generosity. Tip extra. Give anonymously. Buy someone's groceries. Give your time. Be generous with forgiveness, encouragement, and love. Watch how it changes you.
