Day 134 of 365
Guarding Your Heart
Proverbs 4:23
Proverbs 4:23
“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
Reflection
Your heart is the source of your life. What you allow into it determines what flows out of it. Guard it carefully. Filter what you watch, read, listen to, and consume. Protect it from bitterness, unforgiveness, and toxic relationships. Fill it with truth, worship, and life-giving content. What you feed grows. What you starve dies. Today, what needs to be filtered out of your heart? What needs to be let in?
