Day 96 of 365

Authenticity Over Perfection

2 Corinthians 12:9-10

2 Corinthians 12:9-10

“But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.”

Reflection

Social media pressures you to project perfection. But God values authenticity over appearance. Paul boasted in weakness because it showcased God's strength. Stop pretending you have it all together. Be real about struggles. Admit when you're overwhelmed. Ask for help when you need it. Authenticity builds connection; perfection creates distance. When you're vulnerable about your weaknesses, you give others permission to be real too. Be authentic. God's grace is sufficient.
